L.M.B

The 5 piece line up was created from the result of studio session performances of the 60's & 70's, where Lance Manley played with some of the greatest Blues/Rock & Jazz Musicians of all time. Manley states that music is an international language, inspiring him at an early age in Wales, U.K. Although blues was not popular in Europe at that time, Manley pointed to the influence it had on early Rock & Roll and the British invasion bands of the 60's in the USA. After playing with so many styles and Genres of music over the years, Manley decided to return to his "Blues" roots. In 2007 Manley began forming an elite cast of incredible musicians to create LMB™ -  Lance Manley Band in 2007. Currently Manley spends time between performances at his studios in Wales, U.K and Richmond, VA.

Manley's many inspirations came from the likes of Bob Dylan, B.B. King, Deep Purple,? & The Mysterians, Albert Collins, Buddy Guy, Cream, George Clinton, Albert King, Hendrix and the Yardbirds to name a few. Their musical influences  spurned Manley's writing creativity, which in turn unleashed his vast skills on Guitar, Drums, Bass and vocals.

A producer in Austin, Texas recently described LMB as "creating a unique groove by blending Blues,Rock & Jazz into an eclectic potion of  Groove Fusion. LMB™ live performances lay down a groove that is original in context and actively stimulates the mind and soul. Not to mention your feet!
